Shoutout to one of Harlem's finest emcees Dub Aura for coming on my show for an interview! Dub Aura discussed his early beginnings in rap, studying Jay-Z's Vol. 3 Life and Times of S. Carter, and his experience of meeting with SONY Records at a young age. He got into the stories behind his collaborations with Dave East, Fetty Wap, Jim Jones, Capone from Capone-N-Noreaga, as well as working with producers such as RSONIST of The HeatMakerz and Araab Muzik. He mentioned that he has multiple tracks with Dave East and that they may do a collaboration tape together. He also has multiple records with Jim Jones that will be releasing as well. He talked about his interest in fashion and the possibility of starting his own fashion line as well as what his favorite sneakers are to wear. He also got into his Knicks fandom and Carmelo Anthony being his favorite player of all time besides Kobe Bryant. Dub Aura is planning on dropping his second album this November or even sooner that will feature major artists. Stay tuned!
