DJ Mad Max is working to bridge the gap between old & new school Hip-Hop through his show Sports and Hip-Hop with DJ Mad Max. With his vast Hip-Hop knowledge and unique interview style, he is introducing his generation to the legends that started it all. The show features a wide variety of guest stars including Hip-Hop artists of the past & present, R&B artists, producers/DJs, industry managers, and even pro athletes. When possible guest rappers bless the show with a freestyle. Max likes to mix it up and talk sports with his Hip-Hop guests, and Hip-Hop with his sports guests.

Big thank you to the Bronx, NY and Atlanta's own Headkrack for coming on my show for an interview! Headkrack talked about his early life of growing up in the Bronx, the start of his Hip-Hop career at his school Christ The King's talent show, and wanting to be an A&R before pivoting into the radio industry. He discussed getting into the radio industry, starting out at 98.7 The Beat in Dallas, being apart of Dish Nation, and meeting Da Brat for the first time. Headkrack got into his thoughts on Hip-Hop now, DJ Kool Herc taking him and his wife around clubs in New York City, and being invited to Tyrese's house while Rev. Run of Run-DMC was there. He gave his opinion on cancel culture and reinventing yourself in the entertainment industry. He also got into boxing being his current passion as well as his upcoming boxing match. Headkrack also talked about his upcoming Mikrodose EP, his Education Course Series, and his love of Horror movies. Thank you to Spanish Harlem's own Bodega Bamz for coming on my show for an interview! Bodega Bamz talked about his new album Vivir dropping this Friday, times when he has felt like focusing just on acting, and opening up for DMX. He discussed going to high school with Smoke DZA, his friendship with the late A$AP Yams as well as keeping in touch with Yams' mother, and his early days as a battle rapper when he went by the name Flawless the Demon. He told an exclusive story of recording a song in the studio for the first time with Smoke DZA and Nipsey Hussle was there. He got into when he stayed at Scott Disick's summer house in The Hamptons, Mark Ronson wanting him on the official Uptown Funk remix, and his meeting with Atlantic Records for a potential record deal not panning out. He also talked about acting always being his first passion, playing Carlos in SMILF on Showtime, and wanting to write his own screenplays. Thank you and shoutout to Morrisville PA's own Asher Roth for coming on my show for an interview! Asher discussed his new album The Greenhouse Effect, Vol. 3, his upcoming EP with Heather Grey, and the positive enlightenment of his new song All Add Up. He got into the importance of B-Sides on Hip-Hop records, originally pursuing an Elementary Education major at West Chester University, and being managed by Scooter Braun. He talked about his hit song I Love College and his thoughts on it over the years. He also discussed about what made him become so positive and change his mind frame to promote positivity in his music. He also got into his songs that he made with The Game, the Peter Roth project with Pete Rock that was supposed to happen years ago, and his song Last Man Standing featuring Akon making Madden 12. Asher reflected on his Hip-Hop career so far and revealed that he wants to start signing artists to his own label as his next goal. Stay tuned for Asher's upcoming EP with Heather Grey dropping soon!

Big thank you to the creator/host James A. Janisse of the #1 Horror platform on YouTube, Dead Meat, for coming on my show for an interview! James discussed his early life of growing up outside of Detroit, Michigan, building his platform Dead Meat that became a business/company, and his introduction to the Horror genre as a viewer. He talked about hosting his own Q&A theater filled with Dead Meat fans for Halloween Kills, in which David Gordon Green showed up. He gave a rave review on the new Chucky series that airs on SyFy and USA Network every Tuesday night at 10pm est. He gave his reaction to recording one of his latest episodes in the house that the first Scream was filmed in as well as his thoughts on the upcoming Scream movie releasing in theaters this January. James also talked about his top Horror sequels, how the younger audiences may view the old classic Horror movies today, and wanting to become a producer for Horror movies. Big thank you to legendary actress Anne Heche for coming on my show for an interview! Anne discussed being patient zero of the cancel culture, being blacklisted for her relationship with Ellen DeGeneres, and Harrison Ford sticking up for her during that difficult time. She talked about winning her daytime Emmy Award for Another World, working with Al Pacino & Johnny Deep on Donnie Brasco, and watching Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho for preparation, the night before her shoot, for her role as Marion Crane in the 1998 Psycho remake. She got into how she got the role as Melissa "Missy" Egan in I Know What You Did Last Summer, playing Commander Katherine Brennan in Chicago PD, and working with Jason Beghe. Anne also talked about her podcast Better Together With Anne & Heather with her co-host Heather Boylston that focuses on people opening up about their personal selves and stories. Big thank you to the legendary Chris Sarandon for coming on my show for an interview! Chris talked about starting out in theater at the Catholic University of America, being nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role as Leon Shermer in Dog Day Afternoon, and his introduction to Horror as a viewer. He explained why Horror was looked down upon by actors at a time and how that viewpoint changed in the 80s. He got into his legendary role as the vampire Jerry Dandrige in the original Tom Holland's 1985 Fright Night, his favorite scenes from the film, and that if Tom Holland was doing the sequel he would have most likely reprised his role as Jerry Dandrige. He discussed his role as Detective Mike Norris in Tom Holland's 1988 Child's Play and his iconic voiceover of Jack Skellington in Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. He revealed the moment when he thought that The Nightmare Before Christmas and his role as Jack Skellington would become a mega hit amongst audiences. He announced that his memoir Heroes, Vampires, and Villains should be releasing next year sometime in 2022 as well as his own podcast. We finished the interview talking sports. Big thank you to one of the best writers, producers, and directors in the industry Alan B. McElroy for coming on my show for an interview! Alan discussed how he started to write at an early age, learning how to write a screenplay by studying Bill Lancaster's screenplay of John Carpenter's The Thing, and being inspired to write horror movies when he saw Jaws in the movie theaters. He discussed writing the script for Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers in just 11 days, talking to Donald Pleasance on set, and his idea for Jamie Lloyd becoming the shape not carrying over in Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers. He got into what he would do with Halloween III: Season of the Witch if he was approached with the story for a prequel or sequel and possibly create a Haddonfield series. Alan also talked about writing the cult classic 2003 film Wrong Turn, the original idea that he had for it, and putting a spin on his own work for his 2021 version of Wrong Turn. He mentioned that he has an idea for a trilogy for the new Wrong Turn and is already pitching it. He also got into his experience of writing for Star Trek: Discovery and Vampire Diaries. It was recently announced that Alan is writing a new thriller called Help involving Tyler Perry and Jason Blum. Stay tuned!

Big thank you to Horror icon Bill Moseley for coming on my show for an interview! Bill Moseley discussed the first Horror movie that frightened him as a kid, playing in the 1988 remake of The Blob, and how he got the iconic role as Chop Top in Tobe Hooper's The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2. He talked about the shot of the dinner scene at the end of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2. He got into meeting Rob Zombie, getting his iconic role as Otis Driftwood in House of 1000 Corpses, and meeting Sid Haig for the first time on the set in the Captain Spaulding makeup. He also got into playing Drayton Sawyer in Texas Chainsaw 3-D and how Trey Songz being in the movie helped make the film trend on social media. He also discussed his up and coming work including two recent movies that he did called Sin Eater and Prisoners of the Ghostland. Stay tuned for all of his up and coming work!

Thank you to Thom Mathews for coming on my show for an interview! Thom discussed how he got into acting, the long process it took for him to get the lead role as Freddy in The Return of the Living Dead, and his experience of working with the late great James Karen. He got into his audition and preparation for playing Tommy Jarvis in the fan favorite cult classic film Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives and the talks that he has had with writer and director Tom McLoughlin for a script if there was to be a 13th film. He talked about his appreciation growing for filmmaking and the horror genre while being an actor as well as ideas he has for horror films. Thom also got into his upcoming work, his portrayal of Tommy Jarvis being apart of Friday the 13th: The Game, and why the 80s were the best time for horror films.

Huge thank you to the legendary Master of Horror writer and director Tom Holland for coming on my show for an interview! Tom discussed his experience at Northwestern University & UCLA, his time as an actor, and his passion for the Horror genre at a young age. He talked about getting to write the follow up to Alfred Hitchcock's masterpiece Psycho, which is Psycho II and his experience of working with the legendary Anthony Perkins who played Norman Bates. He got into the dinner he attended, in which numerous directors, including Quentin Tarantino voted Tom Holland's Psycho II the greatest Horror movie sequel of all time. He talked about his directorial debut of his classic 1985 Fright Night and why he believed that Chris Sarandon would be the perfect fit to play Jerry Dandrige. He also discussed creating the original 1988 Child's Play, how he got the idea for Chucky, and why Brad Dourif was the perfect voice for Chucky. He also mentioned the novels that he is currently working on as well as a sequel to Fright Night that he is hoping to release by next Halloween in 2022. Stay tuned!
