DJ Mad Max is working to bridge the gap between old & new school Hip-Hop through his show Sports and Hip-Hop with DJ Mad Max. With his vast Hip-Hop knowledge and unique interview style, he is introducing his generation to the legends that started it all. The show features a wide variety of guest stars including Hip-Hop artists of the past & present, R&B artists, producers/DJs, industry managers, and even pro athletes. When possible guest rappers bless the show with a freestyle. Max likes to mix it up and talk sports with his Hip-Hop guests, and Hip-Hop with his sports guests.

Casey talked about getting flown out to New York to meet Jay-Z when he was in 12th grade, being managed by Roc Nation for 5 years, and changing the topics that west coast rappers rapped about in their songs. Shoutout to Minneapolis' own P-Will (Prince Williams) for coming on my show for an interview. P-Will talked about the Hip-Hop scene in Minneapolis, the protests, and starting to rap at the age of 7. 2pac is a big inspiration to P-Will because he liked how 2Pac always said what he felt. P-Will voiced his opinion on the current state of Hip-Hop saying that not too many artists rap anymore they just talk.

Shoutout to the Hip-Hop legends Capone and Daz Dillinger (Capone-N-Dillinger) for coming on my show for an interview to discuss their upcoming album Guidelines! Guidelines will be dropping this Fall and two singles Nobody, a tribute to Nate Dogg, and Guidelines will be releasing before the end of the summer! Capone and Daz talked about how the duo formed and signing a deal with Empire for their album. Daz spoke about his most memorable moment with 2Pac in the studio. Capone talked about Biggie Smalls wanting to sign him to Junior M.A.F.I.A. and him and Big L trying to sign to Columbia Records!
