DJ Mad Max is working to bridge the gap between old & new school Hip-Hop through his show Sports and Hip-Hop with DJ Mad Max. With his vast Hip-Hop knowledge and unique interview style, he is introducing his generation to the legends that started it all. The show features a wide variety of guest stars including Hip-Hop artists of the past & present, R&B artists, producers/DJs, industry managers, and even pro athletes. When possible guest rappers bless the show with a freestyle. Max likes to mix it up and talk sports with his Hip-Hop guests, and Hip-Hop with his sports guests.

Huge thank you to the horror icon Kane Hodder for coming on my show for an interview! Kane talks about how he got the role of the iconic hockey mask slasher Jason Voorhees in the Friday the 13th series. He is considered to be the true and best actor to play Jason Voorhees as he portrayed the character in parts 7,8,9, and 10. He is the only actor to portray Jason more than once as well! Kane described the scene where he is playing Jason in Times Square in Friday The 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan! We talked about his famous interview where he is dressed up as Jason and being interviewed by Arsenio Hall on The Arsenio Hall Show. He would definitely want to play Jason again if there was to be another film. He discussed playing the character Victor Crowley in the Hatchet franchise and reprising Jason in Friday The 13th The Game!

Big thank you goes out to the Hip-Hop legend MC Eiht for coming on my show for an interview! MC Eiht just dropped his newest album Lessons and I think it is album of the year as far as real Hip-Hop goes from the lyrics to the production. Some of the features include: B-Real, Dave East, and Havoc from Mobb Deep. MC Eiht explained the significance of the title Lessons and why he chose that to be the name of this album. He gave his opinion on why the real Hip-Hop isn't in the mainstream anymore and why young producers are not making boom bap, the true sound of Hip-Hop. MC Eiht also talked about his role as A-Wax in Menace II Society, doing voice overs for Grand Theft Auto, and collaborating with Kendrick Lamar on m.A.A.d city. The visual for Bluue Wave drops next week! Stay tuned!

Big shoutout to Eli Fross for coming on my show for an interview! Eli Fross will be dropping a project near Halloween titled Cesar! Be on the lookout for it! He talked about why he chose the title Cesar for his debut project, getting found by Winners Circle, and the advice that Pop Smoke gave him.
